How to Extend Your Mobile Phone’s Ringtime

It’s happened to all of us. You’ll be in another room and you here the tell-tale ring of your mobile phone in the other room, only for it to stop as soon as you get to it.
There is a way to make it ring for longer.
Depending on who your phone provider is, you’ll be able to choose how long your phone rings for.
TELSTRA
A Telstra phone will ring for 15 seconds before diverting to you message bank, however you can change this up to a maximum of 30 seconds.
To extend the ring time, simply do the following
1.) Open your Phone app as if you’re about to make a call
2.) Enter in the following as if you’re making a phone call **61*101**30#
3.) Press the call/send button and you’re done!
Telstra allows you to change your ring time to 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds. So if you want it to be 20 seconds, simply do the same thing but with a 20 instead of a 30!
OPTUS
To extend the ring time on an Optus phone, simply do the following
1.) Open your Phone app as if you’re about to make a call
2.) Enter in the following as if you’re making a phone call **61*321**30#
3.) Press the call/send button and you’re done!
Optus allows you to change your ring time to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds. So if you want it to be 20 seconds, simply do the same thing but with a 20 instead of a 30!
VODAPHONE
To extend the ring time on an Optus phone, simply do the following
1.) Open your Phone app as if you’re about to make a call
2.) Enter in the following as if you’re making a phone call **61*121**30#
3.) Press the call/send button and you’re done!
