I love using drawings, pictures and colour to teach people how to use technology. I am a very patient person, no question is a silly one, and no one is too late/old/“dumb” to learn. I love getting to the bottom of your confusion and explaining the difference between programs such as “OneDrive”, “Google Drive” and “iCloud” – You’re not the only one, I promise. I have been teaching people how to use their technology for only two years, because I come from a Food Science background. I love working with NDIS clients to give them more independence to live the life they want to live. I know both Android and Apple, and If I don’t know the answer, we will look it up together (trust me, that’s another useful skill to learn!).
