TERMS OF SERVICE

SERVICE

    1. Services by ReadyTechGo Australia Pty Ltd (“we” or “us” or our) to all our clients (“you”) is offered only and exclusively on the following terms and conditions. By requesting a service from us, you hereby accept the following terms and conditions:

OUR SERVICE

    1. Our Service “our service/s” refer to face to face technology lessons or workshops conducted at your premises, and typically of a training nature
    2. Technical services refers to services of a technical nature and involve minimal or no training

CHARGES & PAYMENTS

    1. We accept the following payment for our goods and services:
      1. Cash (Provided to your trainer on the day of service)
      2. Cheque (Written out to ReadyTechGo Australia Pty Ltd)
      3. Bank Deposit (Direct bank deposit into our bank account)
      4. Credit Card (Credit card payments will be collected by your trainer on the day of the service)
    2. All our in-home visits are chargeable, and require a minimum booking of 1 hour.  Following the initial hour, our time is charged in 15 minute increments
    3. Any goods supplied by us are charged separately to our services
    4. Surcharges may apply dependent on your suburb

CANCELLATIONS

    1. We understand that situations occur and you may need to cancel your scheduled lesson time. If you cancel your lesson more than 24 hours in advance by calling 9434 2020, no fee will be charged
    2. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled lesson time will incur a fee of $45
    3. Cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled lesson time will incur a fee of $90
    4. We also understand that situations can occur the same day as your scheduled lesson time requiring you to cancel. These situations will be determined on a case by case basis at our discretion
    5. Cancellations which occur where a trainer has arrived at your premises will incur the full cost of the scheduled lesson fee, and an invoice will be sent for the amount due for the cancelled appointment

LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY 

    1. We will always act good faith and use reasonable care in the performance of our duties 
    2. By agreeing to our service, you agree that we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you as a direct result of any negligence, fraud or wilful default on our part in the performance of our duties, and in which case our liability will not exceed the cost of services provided to you
