In this practical, small-group demonstration, we’ll look at both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and show you how to:
Understand what a digital wallet is and how it works
Add a debit or credit card for contactless payments
Use your phone to pay safely in shops
Add loyalty cards and other useful passes
Find and use tickets, boarding passes and digital cards
Set up security features such as Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or a screen lock
Know what happens if your phone is lost or stolen
Learn some important safety tips before adding payment cards
Bring your smartphone with you! You are welcome to follow along, but this is primarily a relaxed demonstration, so there is no pressure to make changes to your phone during the session.
