Happy New Year! Fitness Trackers to Help With Your New Year’s Resolution

FITNESS TRACKERS

TO HELP WITH YOUR NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION

It’s that time of the year where many of us have a new year’s resolution to get fit.

If you’re looking for a way to keep track of your health and fitness goals in 2020, check out wearable technology! The great thing is, wearable technology doesn’t have to break the bank.

I actually purchased several family members wearable technology as Christmas gifts. There was a great deal on the Fitbit Charge 3 (50% off), and I thought it would be a great way for my loved ones to track and encourage healthier habits.

Since receiving their new Fitbits, the conversation around the table has become:
“What is your resting heart rate?”
“How many steps have you taken today?”
“What was your sleep score?”
“What’s your cardio fitness score?”

My father in law at 77 years young was quite surprised and intrigued with the data collected from his new Fitbit. He is a regular bike rider and is looking forward to tracking his fitness goals!

So if you’re interested in understanding your health data, there are some great deals on at the moment you can take advantage of
