COVID-19
It’s a community effort
The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) transmission in Australian communities continues to evolve, and it’s important that we keep you up to date with changes. We are sending out this communication to reassure that the health and safety of our clients, our team, their families and wider community is our highest priority, and what steps we may all need to take in light of the potential spread of the virus.
We have been communicating with our team and explaining ways that we can all do our bit to prevent the potential spread of infection.
Playing your part:
- wash hands frequently with soap and water (at least 20 seconds), before and after eating, and after going to the toilet;
-
If you need to sneeze or cough, cover cough and sneeze, dispose of tissues, and use alcohol-based hand sanitiser.
-
Change greeting practices from a handshake to a nod or a wave
-
If feeling unwell, trainers are required to stay home and notify ReadyTechGo as soon as possible so we can reschedule lessons
Playing your part to protect yourself and the community
-
If you have travelled from or have transited through Mainland China, Iran, Italy, the Republic of Korea, or any country deems as higher risk by the Department of Health;
-
Think you may have been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus;
-
are unwell and think you may have symptoms of coronavirus (fever, a cough, sore throat, tiredness or shortness of breath).
We’d ask that you avoid direct contact, and refrain from having an in home lesson until 14 days from now.
We are conscious that we work with vulnerable groups, and the welfare and wellness of our clients is our highest priority.
Our small business relies heavily on clients having face to face lessons. In this current environment, we understand that we need to have alternate options to carry out our usual business, and we have outlined options below:
Face to Face lessons – If you are well and have a lesson booked, or require a face to face lesson, it is currently business as usual.
If you are ill, we ask that you please notify the office on 9434 2020 as soon as possible to postpone your lesson. We travel from client to client, and it is important that our trainers are not exposed to any possible infection.
