When seeing clients, I use numerous tools and apps to get anyone and everyone used to their device, no matter your age or experience. I like to write comprehensive step-by-step notes for all my clients so they can develop their computer skills between lessons and show me something they’ve improved on, while I work on the next stage of their learning journey.
