Joseph works in the Admin Team here at Ready Tech Go, so he’ll be one of the first people you speak to when calling our Office!

When seeing clients, he uses numerous tools and apps to get anyone and everyone used to their device, no matter your age or experience. He likes to write comprehensive step-by-step notes for all his clients so they can develop their computer skills between lessons and show him something they’ve improved on, while he works on the next stage of their learning journey.

Joseph specialises in teaching Windows 10/11 and Android, and can also focus on teaching basic to intermediate use of AI (Claude, Gemini etc) in a safe manner, including integration options for small businesses.

Joseph is currently studying a Bachelor of Law/Arts and is one of the authors of our weekly newsletters.
