READ RECEIPTS WITH WHATSAPP

With thanks to Stuff.com

Ever used Whatsapp and wondered why grey and blue ticks were displayed next to your messages?

These ticks help tell you if a message has been sent, received or read!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A single Grey tick indicates that your message has been sent.
Two Grey ticks indicate that your message has been received.
Two Blue ticks indicate that your message has been read.

You can also get more information about when a message has been received and read.

OK, HOW DO I USE THIS FEATURE?

1. On your device, Tap on theWhatsapp icon to open it (If you don’t have the Whatsapp app, you will need to download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

2. Tap on the person with the message to be checked

3. Swipe right to left on the message to be viewed.

4. This reveals the Message Info screen which displays when the message was sent and when it was read.

So there you have it, how to identify if your whatsapp message was sent, received and read!
