A Better Mobile Phone Plan Alternative
A TELCO WITH LOCAL SUPPORT
FINALLY, A TELCO WHERE YOU CAN TALK TO LOCALLY BASED CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERSON
In previous newsletters, we have discussed ways in which you can slash your mobile phone bill in half simply by switching to smaller providers who are reselling the Telstra, Optus and Vodafone network.
Now there is another player in the market. Better Life Mobile – Australia’s fair phone company. Better Life Mobile offers mobile plans over the Telstra network with a focus on providing services to those on lower incomes.
We have been thoroughly impressed by Better Life Mobile because you can speak to people from their Australian Support Center. Their website states “The Best Service from Australian Support Center!”, and we experienced this just last week.
One of our clients was on Telstra mobile and we switched her over to Better Life Mobile to save money. When the sim card arrived for her, she went down to the local post office, and asked them to help her switch her sim card over. Unfortunately when she got home, her mobile phone showed “No Service”.
She called ReadyTechGo, and her trainer called Better Life Mobile to find out why her sim card was not activated. The Customer Service Representative explained that the mobile phone had to be switched off then back on, and unfortunately our client was having difficulties doing that.
The answer our team received from Better Life Mobile surprised us… The Customer Service Representative offered to meet our client at their local community center and helped her switch off the mobile and ensured the sim card was working before he left!
Is that the best service from a Telco or what???
